The comedic spin-off from the “Unified Japan” collection, “Yamazaki Group: George and His Merry Friends,” is scheduled for a DVD launch on June 25, 2024, promising one other pleasant chapter within the saga that blends drama and light-hearted comedy.
The story follows Himuro and Tamura who arrive at their workplace sooner or later, greeted unexpectedly by a number of lovable animals. It seems that these animals have been impulsively purchased by a drunken George. Despite their frustration with George’s irresponsible habits, Himuro and Tamura discover themselves hesitating to make use of harsh phrases in entrance of the animals’ pleading eyes.
