FUKUOKA (TR) – Fukuoka Prefectural Police have arrested an govt of the Fukuoka Stock Exchange over the alleged illicit images of two highschool ladies on a prepare in Fukuoka City on Tuesday, stories NHK (Feb. 12).
At round 12:50 p.m., Shinichi Sakai, 63, allegedly used a pill pc to take tosatsu (voyeur) footage of the underwear of the 2 ladies, each 17, as they sat reverse him inside a carriage of the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line touring between Kurume and Mikunigaoka.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Act on the Punishment of Photography of Sexual Imaging, Sakai denied the allegations. “I just took pictures of their legs,” he was quoted by the Ogori Police Station.
According to the Fukuoka Stock Exchange, Sakai is the change’s govt director. He lives in Hakata Ward.
As the incident unfolded, the highschool college students heard the sound of a digital camera shutter. They then alerted workers at Mikunigaoka Station, the place Sakai obtained off. The suspect was later apprehended on the scene.
