In a case through which a former worker of main vehicle producer Honda was arrested for spending roughly 23 million yen on a company contract bank card for private functions, the previous worker falsely reported it as “new coronavirus countermeasure expenses” and processed the accounting. This was revealed by way of interviews with investigators.
