A 25-year-old father has been arrested on suspicion of tried homicide after allegedly throwing his two younger daughters from the sixth-floor balcony of an house constructing in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture, within the early hours of September 26, with police investigating whether or not a dispute between the suspect and his spouse was behind the incident.
The suspect, Tomokazu Miura, was referred to prosecutors on September 27 after allegedly throwing his daughters, aged 4 and 1, from the balcony of his house at round 4:20 a.m. on September 26.
