OSAKA, Jan 19 (News On Japan) –
A 31-year-old unemployed man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a teenage woman for the aim of committing indecent acts, after allegedly luring the junior highschool scholar from Tokyo to his dwelling in Osaka in change for sleeping drugs.
Naoki Urano, who is named the “Emperor of Guri-shita” amongst children who frequent the favored hangout spot in Osaka’s Minami district, is being investigated for arranging to fulfill the schoolgirl he groomed by social media.
The woman is suspected to have stayed for per week at his dwelling, the place she is believed to have taken medicine together with a number of different youths. She was present in a semi-delirious state.
The police are investigating the detailed circumstances of the case. Urano has not made any clear statements concerning the allegations.
