Following its advertising restructure, Disney is finishing up layoffs, its CEO confirmed.
Today, Disney CEO Josh D’Amaro despatched a memo to staff confirming layoffs had been being carried out this week, saying that impacted staff had been being notified. As the corporate appears to be like to streamline operations, it’s anticipated to put off as much as 1,000 staff.

“I’m deeply grateful for all of your contributions and for the dedication, professionalism, and care you bring to your work each day. Even in challenging moments, you continue to demonstrate what makes Disney so special,” D’Amaro mentioned.
