HANOI, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) — Landslides and floods triggered by extended heavy rains killed 13 individuals and injured eight others within the northern area of Vietnam from Aug. 2 to 10, Vietnam’s National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control mentioned on Friday.
