China beats Japan to retain Asiad girls’s volleyball title

HANGZHOU, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) — Defending champion China beat an under-strength Japan in straight units on the Hangzhou Asian Games to retain its Asiad girls’s volleyball title right here on Saturday night.
