CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 52-year-old man for allegedly committing lewd acts on a feminine highschool scholar who attended his English dialog college in Matsudo City, reviews NHK (July 12).
On a number of occasions throughout class between round July 2021 and round January 2023, Keisuke Hisasue is suspected of committing lewd acts, corresponding to touching the breasts and decrease physique of the feminine scholar.
In one case, he approached her from behind as she stood to learn aloud throughout class, he put his hand inside her underwear and touched her breasts, all of which was filmed by his smartphone.
Police started their investigation after the coed contacted a sexual crime sufferer hotline.
Upon his arrest, Hisasue admitted to the fees. The suspect mentioned, “I feel sexual desire when I touch people’s bodies at the cram school I run.”
He added, “I also took upskirt photos of several other students.” As a consequence, police have seized his pc and smartphone. The investigation is constant.
