WUHAN, June 29 (Xinhua) — A China Southern Airlines flight flew from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, within the capital metropolis of central China’s Hubei Province, to Dubai on Thursday, marking the resumption of the passenger air route linking the 2 cities.
This is the primary worldwide passenger air route from Wuhan to the Middle East after a hiatus of over three years on account of COVID-19.
Operated by a Boeing 787 plane, the route will see three round-trip flights each week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
By August, Wuhan will resume 5 extra air routes to worldwide metropolises together with Sydney, Tokyo and London, in addition to some vacationer locations, reminiscent of Boracay within the Philippines and Phuket in Thailand.
