A pod of killer whales was noticed swimming within the seas off Hokkaido, however two people stood out for his or her distinctive look – their whole our bodies have been pure white.

Often known as ‘phantom creatures’ because of their rarity, the 2 not often seen white killer whales have been noticed within the Nemuro Strait off the coast of Rausu, Hokkaido on June 17. This marks the primary time in three years that two white killer whales have been noticed concurrently, the final prevalence being in 2021.

A photographer who has spent 15 years capturing photographs of killer whales and eventually had the possibility to see the white ones commented, “It was my first time encountering them. I was overwhelmed with emotion and desperate to take the photographs.”
