This is a video of the Kiyama River taken at Sugido, Mashiki Town, Kumamoto Prefecture round 7:30 am on the third. Brown muddy water is flowing vigorously whereas undulating, and water can be flowing out to the street on the other financial institution.

According to a person who lives close by the place the video was taken, the river normally flows quietly, however on the evening of the 2nd, the sound of flowing rocks continued all evening. Also, there’s a rice area on the other financial institution, however within the video, the brown and muddy water is spreading and the rice area is just not seen.
