According to JR East, the JR Yokosuka Line has suspended operation on the up line between Totsuka Station and Yokohama Station because of the outflow of earth and sand brought on by the heavy rain that occurred between Higashi-Totsuka Station and Hodogaya Station. There isn’t any prospect of reopening.
