Keisen Jogakuen University set to shut on account of declining birthrate

TOKYO, Mar 23 (NOJ / TV Asahi) –
Tokyo’s Keisen Jogakuen has introduced that it’ll cease recruiting undergraduate and graduate college students from 2024 onwards.

Keisen Jogakuen University and its graduate faculty in Tama City, Tokyo, will cease recruiting college students from 2024 onwards on the premise of closing.

According to the varsity company, because of the declining inhabitants of 18-year-olds and the rising need to co-educate, the variety of enrollees has continued to fall in need of capability lately, making it troublesome to safe working bills for the college.

In 2022, there have been about 160 college students enrolled for 290 college students. Keisen Jogakuen Junior High School and High School, that are owned by the identical instructional company, will proceed to function.
