The Safety Investigation Committee of the Consumer Affairs Agency, the so-called “Consumer Accident Investigation Commission”, is working to forestall youngsters from falling from college home windows or being crushed underneath fallen goalposts. The plan is to compile a report and request the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology to conduct emergency inspections of high-risk areas in faculties nationwide.
