A 42-year-old man was arrested after allegedly driving underneath the affect and deliberately ramming a bike in Togitsu, Nagasaki Prefecture, leaving its rider severely injured.
Taichi Hayakawa, a self-employed resident of Togitsu, is suspected of making an attempt to kill the motorcyclist by crashing his automotive into the bike on National Route 206 at round 11:40 p.m. on July 20, police stated.
The sufferer, a person in his 20s, suffered abrasions throughout his physique and was severely injured.
