The morning commute was disrupted on April thirteenth when a Turkish man entered railway tracks in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture, resulting in a suspension of practice companies for about one hour.

Police officers rushed to the scene and arrested Isik Ozgur, a 32-year-old man of Turkish nationality with no listed occupation, on the spot on suspicion of violating the Railway Business Act by getting into the tracks with no legitimate cause.
Ozgur was reportedly shirtless and carrying instruments on the time, and police are at present investigating his motive and different particulars surrounding the incident.
