TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a Sri Lankan man for allegedly ramming his automobile right into a patrol automotive throughout a routine police cease final yr, experiences the Mainichi Shimbun (Feb. 25).
On November 6, 2025, Vijendhunga Arachchige Harita Ruwan Sampath Don, 25, twice crashed his automobile into patrol automotive in a parking zone in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.
