HOKKAIDO (TR) – Hokkaido Prefectural Police have arrested two males, together with the proprietor of a seafood processing plant, for allegedly setting hearth to the power earlier this 12 months in a suspected insurance coverage rip-off, stories STV News (Oct. 22).
