Washington DC [US], December 19 (ANI): The Japanese period-action sequence ‘Last Samurai Standing’ has been renewed for the second season, reported Variety.
Set throughout Japan’s Meiji interval within the late nineteenth century, ‘Last Samurai Standing’ follows 292 samurai warriors who collect at Kyoto’s Tenryuji Temple for a lethal competitors with a grand prize of 100 billion yen.
The story centres on protagonist Shujiro Saga, performed by Okada Junichi, who enters the damaging contest to save lots of his ailing spouse and youngster.
The present achieved a major milestone as the primary all-Japanese manufacturing nominated in the most effective international language sequence class on the Critics’ Choice Awards.
