A 27-year-old elementary faculty trainer in Bizen, Okayama Prefecture, who grew to become the seventh suspect arrested in a voyeurism scandal involving a gaggle of educators, has retracted his earlier confession and now denies filming any illicit footage.
Kai Mizuki, a trainer at a municipal elementary faculty, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a video exhibiting a feminine scholar altering garments. He was referred to prosecutors on November seventh.
