The assembly was attended by Union Ministers Manohar Lal (Housing and Urban Affairs), CR Patil (Jal Shakti), Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, senior officers from the Delhi authorities, the Union Home Secretary, and secretaries from related ministries.
