NEW YORK, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted Izu Islands, Japan area at 21:02:25 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) stated.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially decided to be at 30.48 levels north latitude and 141.85 levels east longitude.
