Sony Acquires Majority Stake in Kadokawa, Investing 50 Billion Yen

TOKYO, Dec 20 (News On Japan) –
Sony introduced plans to amass a big stake in publishing big Kadokawa, investing roughly 50 billion yen to turn out to be its largest shareholder.
