FUKUOKA, Jun 17 (News On Japan) –
A 6-year-old boy having fun with a fishing journey along with his father at Hakozaki Wharf in Fukuoka City slipped and fell into the ocean when his father briefly appeared away.
A 26-year-old Filipino man close by instantly jumped into the ocean to rescue the boy. With the assistance of a bucket with a rope and a internet thrown in by different anglers, they managed to climb again up the embankment safely.
The rescued boy’s mother and father requested the Filipino man for his contact data, however he reportedly mentioned, “I am not someone worth mentioning,” and left the scene.
