Toyota Motor Corporation will develop its re-employment coverage for seniors as much as the age of 70, beginning in August.
According to Toyota, from August, the corporate will broaden its senior re-employment system to incorporate all job sorts, permitting people over the age of 65 to proceed working.
Currently, the retirement age at Toyota is 60, with re-employment for seniors usually capped at 65. Until now, roughly 20 people had been exceptionally retained past the age of 65.
