TOKYO, Apr 24 (News On Japan) –
The “Shin-Minami Gate” at JR Shibuya Station is about to maneuver 200 meters nearer to the Hachiko aspect from July 21, offering direct entry to the Saikyo Line and Yamanote Line.

This change is a part of the continuing redevelopment across the Shibuya Sakura Stage space, enhancing the connectivity and accessibility from the station to the Sakuragaoka space. The new Shin-Minami Gate will likely be located in a six-story new station constructing, which is able to home numerous outlets and is scheduled for a full opening in 2026.

The present Shin-Minami Gate will likely be closed after the final practice on July 20.
