Governor Oigawa of Ibaraki Prefecture has been hospitalized for the reason that seventeenth of this month after falling and hitting his head, and though the prefecture will probably be working from residence in the interim, the response to the common prefectural meeting assembly scheduled for the twenty ninth of this month has not but been decided.
