On the morning of the first, an object hit the motive force’s seat of a passenger automobile on the Meishin Expressway in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, breaking the windshield and leaving the motive force unconscious and in severe situation. Police are working to determine the thing that was hit and are investigating whether or not there have been any autos that dropped baggage or autos that have been hit by fallen objects.
