Jordan’s king discusses elevated help to Gaza with int’l organizations

AMMAN, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) — King Abdullah II of Jordan on Thursday held worldwide talks on technique of strengthening the humanitarian help coordination within the Gaza Strip.

The dialogue was held on the sidelines of the worldwide assembly on “Coordinating Gaza Emergency Relief” that Jordan hosted, in response to an announcement by the Royal Hashemite Court.

The talks gathered UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths, World Food Programme Executive Director Cindy H. McCain, International Committee of the Red Cross President Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, and President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency Tanaka Akihiko.

The discussions coated the challenges that worldwide businesses face in delivering help to folks in Gaza, and the means to beat them, in addition to the necessity to enable the uninterrupted supply of help to the Gaza Strip, and improve the amount of reduction help.
