A 38-year-old man from Shibuya Ward was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of public indecency after gathering bare at a sports activities area in Tokyo underneath the guise of “outside actions.”
It is alleged that he referred to as out to a number of folks by way of SNS and posted photographs taken as a bunch.
