According to JR East, the Utsunomiya Line has suspended operation on the up and down traces between Tokyo Station and Utsunomiya Station as of 10:20 am because of sign hassle at Ogu Station in Kita Ward, Tokyo.
Due to this, the Takasaki Line has suspended operation on the up and down traces between Tokyo Station and Takasaki Station, and the Shonan-Shinjuku Line has additionally suspended operation within the part north of Shinjuku Station.
There is at present no prospect of reopening.
