On the fifteenth, two 19-year-old women and men have been hit by a mini-vehicle at a rotary in entrance of a station in Kagamiishi-cho, Fukushima Prefecture. One died and the opposite was left unconscious and in severe situation. An interview with the police revealed that the car seems to have entered the roundabout with out stopping at a short lived cease intersection.
Police are investigating the reason for the automotive crashing.
