“The DPRK (North Korea) has enjoyed blanket protection from two members of this council,” US Ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, mentioned on the UN. “In short, two permanent members of the Security Council have enabled Kim Jong Un,” She mentioned.
