An emergency assembly will probably be held on the United Nations Security Council on the thirty first of this month to debate the response to Russian President Putin’s announcement that he’ll deploy tactical nuclear weapons in neighboring Belarus.
In response to Putin’s remarks, Ukraine’s international ministry denounced it as “a new provocation by the Putin administration” and requested an emergency assembly of the United Nations Security Council.
