Ukraine and Russia proceed to accuse one another of sabotage by the opposite facet when a dam at a hydroelectric energy plant in southern Ukraine burst and brought about a large-scale flood. The head of humanitarian affairs on the United Nations expressed sturdy concern in regards to the influence on civilian life, saying, “This is the most serious damage to civilian infrastructure since the military invasion began.”
