Tokyo University of Technology Unveils AI-Focused Supercomputer

Tokyo University of Technology unveiled its new supercomputer, named Seiran, on October 2nd, marking the beginning of full-scale operations. Equipped with the most recent GPUs from U.S. chipmaker Nvidia, the system is designed particularly for generative AI and is the most important of its variety amongst Japan’s non-public universities.
