Japan’s benchmark Nikkei stock index, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average, rose 269.32 factors, or 0.84 %, from Wednesday to 32,473.65.
The broader Topix index, in the meantime, completed 20.94 factors, or 0.92 %, larger at 2,303.51.
