TOCHIGI (TR) – Tochigi Prefectural Police have arrested a 38-year-old male instructor who’s suspected of planting hidden cameras round the highschool the place he works to be able to movie ladies, experiences NHK (Aug. 13).
Earlier this month, Daisuke Furuguchi, who lives in Utsunomiya City, is suspected of trespassing right into a ladies’ locker room on the faculty, putting in a small digicam with video recording capabilities within the ceiling and taking tosatsu (voyeur) footage of a woman whereas she modified garments.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs and trespassing, Furuguchi admitted to the fees. He mentioned, “I enjoy secretly filming.”
Police arrested Furuguchi on Wednesday. Separately, small cameras have been found in a number of ladies’ restrooms and locker rooms at the highschool. Police have been notified and commenced an investigation.
During an examination of the cameras, they found that Furuguchi was probably concerned.
Chihiro Nakamura, the superintendent of the Tochigi Board of Education, mentioned, “The arrest of a teacher is extremely regrettable, and I sincerely apologize for betraying the trust of the people of the prefecture. We will investigate the facts and take strict action, while also working to raise awareness among all teaching staff.”
