The common temperature throughout Japan this winter was the second highest on report, and the Japan Meteorological Agency’s assessment committee concluded that the chance of serious excessive temperatures would have been extraordinarily low had it not been for world warming. The chairman of the research group stated that it was an unusually heat winter, however identified that there’s a risk of comparable heat winters sooner or later.
