The supercomputer ‘Fugaku’ has achieved the world’s high rating in two classes for the ninth consecutive time period.

TOKYO, May 15 (News On Japan) –
The supercomputer ‘Fugaku’ has achieved the world’s high rating in two classes for the ninth consecutive time period.

According to RIKEN, Fugaku secured first place in two sensible efficiency analysis classes within the biannual world supercomputer rankings. These classes assess the flexibility to carry out sensible information evaluation.

Developed collectively by RIKEN and Fujitsu with a authorities funding of 110 billion yen, Fugaku has been operational for 3 years.
