The former CEO of an organization concerned in promoting ‘marijuana gummies’ has been arrested for the third time.

Daisuke Matsumoto, the 39-year-old former CEO of “WWE,” was detained on suspicion of violating the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act. In February, he allegedly possessed HHC, a chosen drug with comparable parts to marijuana, with the intent to promote it at a retailer in Osaka.

During a home search in February, roughly 700 gadgets, together with cookies and gummies, had been seized, and a few had been discovered to comprise the designated drug HHC.
