The South African President’s Office introduced on the nineteenth that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not going to attend the BRICS = 5 rising nations summit scheduled to be held in South Africa in August. Instead, Foreign Minister Lavrov will attend as a consultant of the Russian authorities. Regarding President Putin, the ICC = International Criminal Court, which South Africa can be a member of, issued an arrest warrant, and a spotlight was paid to South Africa’s response when attending the BRICS summit assembly.
