Five days and 6 years have handed for the reason that “Northern Kyushu Torrential Rains”, which brought about 40 folks to die in a collection of landslides and river floods brought on by heavy rains in Fukuoka and Oita prefectures. In Toho Village, Fukuoka Prefecture, the place three residents died, a wreath stand was arrange, and bereaved households and village officers supplied a second of silence.
