TIANJIN, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu within the port metropolis of Tianjin on Sunday.
Muizzu is in China to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit 2025, in addition to commemorations marking the eightieth anniversary of the victory within the Chinese People’s War of Resistance in opposition to Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
