The Russian authorities has introduced a suspension of the settlement on exports of Ukrainian agricultural merchandise, stressing that it’s going to not return to the settlement except exports of Russian agricultural merchandise are realized. In response, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres mentioned, “It will hit all those in need,” elevating considerations in regards to the international meals disaster.
