Record-breaking heavy rains threaten Hahajima in Tokyo; hazard of catastrophe looms | NHK

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, 125 millimeters of heavy rain was noticed on Hahajima within the Ogasawara Islands in Tokyo within the hour till midday. As the hazard of a catastrophe is approaching, the Japan Meteorological Agency has issued a “record-breaking heavy rain warning” and is urging folks to make sure security.
