More than 100 copper cables hooked up to rail joints had been lower and eliminated on two JR traces in Yamaguchi Prefecture, affecting service. JR says {that a} sharp instrument might have been used to chop it, and police are investigating the small print of the state of affairs, suspecting theft because the injury was widespread.
