The prosecution is looking for an eight-year jail sentence for a father accused of sexually assaulting his daughter, who was unable to withstand.
Koji Daimon (54), an unemployed man from Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture, is accused of sexually assaulting his daughter, Riho, a second-year highschool pupil on the time, in 2016, understanding that she was unable to withstand.
Riho says she was sexually assaulted of their empty house for about 4 years, beginning in the summertime of her second 12 months of junior highschool.
(Riho Fukuyama, final 12 months) “(Daimon) told me, ‘Don’t tell your mother about this.’ At some point, the feeling of ‘no’ disappeared. I felt like I would break if I had any feelings.”
Daimon has admitted to the sexual acts in earlier trials, however has partially denied the fees. At the August 27 trial, the prosecution identified, “Riho was routinely abused by the defendant. At night, he would touch her while threatening her, saying, ‘Your sister might wake up.'”
The prosecution requested an eight-year jail sentence, stating, “The fear and despair Riho experienced when she was unable to resist are indescribable.”
Meanwhile, the protection countered, “The violence was within the scope of ‘discipline’ and not severe. In fact, there were days when Riho refused sexual intercourse, so Riho’s story is not credible,” and known as for a not responsible verdict.
The verdict shall be introduced on October twenty first.
