SHIZUOKA (TR) – Local residents in Shizuoka City thwarted a getaway on Thursday morning, apprehending a 76-year-old man who fled on a bicycle after plundering a neighborhood area of its produce, reviews TV Asahi (Apr. 10).

On the morning of April 9, a lady in her 50s caught sight of the suspect making an attempt to pedal away from her agricultural property. Realizing her crop had been focused, she shouted “Thief!” and instantly gave chase on foot.

Alerted by the girl’s determined cries, a passerby referred to as police, reporting to police {that a} girl was pursuing a person down the road.

The suspect appeared poised for a clear escape as his bicycle started to outpace the sufferer. However, his flight was abruptly lower brief when a male neighbor, listening to the commotion, stepped immediately into the suspect’s path and bodily restrained him.
